As of summer 2020, the Lorraine Spada School of Dance and Debi's Dance Studio will be joining forces and re-launching as one school under the ownership of Chrissy Bowman. The new Legacy Studios will be located at the 1 Burlington Avenue location in Wilmington, MA. 

Over the last 45 years, the Lorraine Spada School of Dance and Debi's Dance Studio have been the longest-running source of quality dance education in Wilmington, MA. With a combined 90 years of history in the local area, these studios have helped create a safe space for students to grow, learn, and create life-long friendships with a shared love for dance and movement. The school's new name of "Legacy Studios" was chosen as a way to honor our roots and the incredible history these two studios have established.

The new studio will operate out of the former Debi's Dance Studio space at:

1 Burlington Ave, Wilmington, MA 01887.  Stay tuned for details on an open house day to  tour the space!

Yes! We are thrilled to be joining forces and expanding our family for the 2020-2021 year. Chrissy Bowman and Cait Grayson will be your go-to leadership team for the upcoming season, and we're pleased to announce Rachel DiGregorio-Oettinger, Madison Carter, and Megan Sullivan will be continuing with the Legacy team as well! Our newly expanded staff will give our students the opportunity to learn from new faculty members, experience new styles of dance, and participate in new  performance opportunties!

The Legacy faculty is working hard to make sure we maintain a balanced atmosphere of things both old and new! Due to additional enrollment and the current COVID-19 occupancy restrictions, it's likely some classes may shift, but we will do our best to make sure every student feels comfortable, excited, and inspired as we head into the new season.

Rates for the 2020 Summer Sessions and 2020-2021 Season can be accessed via the new Legacy Studios Parent Portal.

The planning process for the 2020-2021 competition year is currently underway, and the Legacy team is working closely with competition directors to gather all options for participating in local competitions this year. While we work through the details, our tentative plan (pending COVID-19 guidelines permit) is to hold auditions in late summer/early fall for the new season. As soon as the dates and details are finalized by the competition directors, the Legacy Team will notify our families of the 2020-2021 season plan and the audition dates.
